Unable to follow a simple instruction

I have requested on the 14th June 2022 to cancel my debit order as I pay ether via debit card through the app or in store.

You have caused me financial loss as the bank account I used for debit orders is no longer in use and I am trying to cancel this bank account as it is no longer viable to keep.

Sort this out by 12:00 on the 13th July 2022 or face further action.
