Unable to deliver as promised and blaming the client

Just ordered on Dash. Not my first by any means. Never have a problem with the delivery agent being able to find me. Today my order was marked as delivered when I didn't receive it. When u phoned in I was told it was because I was not available to receive the order which imply they were at the address . Yet the receptionist said that they were never here. Not sure how it is my fault they could not deliver if they weren't here and the address on the order was clear enough for all the previous deliveries.
