Unable to checkout with INVESTEC credit card!

Unable to checkout with my INVESTEC credit card. Called call centre and was told card was declined - which is impossible as there are more than sufficient funds on the account. Suspect their payment gateway does not process credit cards that require 3D secure transactions.
