Ui-19& salary schedule

I'm Judas Ebudile R*** Div-1 Woolworths Morningside shopping centre and your help. I'm hereby like to enquire about the UI-19 and salary schedule that how long does it take to get it from my employer as I was found guilty and dismissed. On the 3rd of June 2022 I went to the store to hand over the key and was given the hearing and dismissal pack.

The next day or two did asked one of my colleague to ask for UI-19 and salary schedule from admin by the name of Makabene on my behalf and colleague was told that I will only get it after I got paid all my money.

Because I want justice,I then decided to WhatsApp store manager Enver about the whole issue. Only then 0n 22 June 2022 Eva admin manager called telling me that I was only terminated on the 06 June 2022 and said if I wasn't happy about admin office respond why jumped her and WhatsApp the manager cause I should have called her.She said she the termination was logged. She even gave permission to WhatsApp her whenever I want to enquire about anything.

Now I send her the message yesterday which was 23 June 2022 telling her that the Labour Dept want that log/reference number . Please refer/see to the below conversation:

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Hi Eva. Labour Department needs that log number.

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Could you please provide me with the log number

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Hi Juju, I'm not comfortable with sharing company info with anyone. What is their reason for requesting that info? This things take long to be done , especially absconsion incidents. You were only terminated on the 6 of June if I'm not mistaken. Thing is I'm home now

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: And yesterday when I checked, you were still on the system. That's why I say give it time

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: No but a log number is not constituting company info but a reference received after "claimed log call on the system". The other reason I'm requesting it is because I need to follow up with head office in relation to that reference/log number, and I'm still on the system which default me privy to company info.

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: I understand your frustrations Juju.

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: This sounds like you were not even aware that I'm still reflecting on the system, yet claim to have submitted my case to head office. The notion that an absconding is treated differently from other termination reason is unfounded. I appreciate that this process might take some time but let's keep the ball rolling

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: You see now , you are not being honest, you said labour department needs it ...when is actually you needing it

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: This was done by MK, I was just checking up yesterday so that I can be able to give you feedback.

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Unfortunately you're attacking the character instead of engaging the merits. Whether it is labour or head office I would still be exposed to that log number/ reference, that's only fair.

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: I apologize for making you feel like I'm attacking you, I was just clarify what you said .

I will contact you once your UI19 has arrived

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Wishing all the best JuJu

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: I'm wondering if my reflection on the system does it mean payroll is sitting 0 hours? Because to me it actually seek to suggest that I'm entitled to a payslip

[23/06, 11:37] Judas: Remember clock to pay system. You can not get paid for not working.

(MK) Makabene on the conversation.
