****ty service from Woolworths Online

I went on Sunday to return the tiedye trackpants purchased via online shopping (ORDER NUMBER O***) at East Rand Mall, however the following should be noted: 1. I only received one piece of 2pack 2. East Rand Mall cannot exchange it as they don’t do returns for online I find this unacceptable as I only received part of my order. They made a boo boo with my order. I want my full refund without having several consultants (Gillian van Wyk, Jeremiah Pluke and Ryno Williams) all giving conflicting responses.

Please just sort this out.
