Turned away

So I was at Woolies Kromboom road on Friday 14 October 2022. when we got to the teller, I had the need to use the toilet. having a weak bladder and suffering with a Hernia, I couldn't hold it in for too long. I asked the teller if there was a toilet at the complex or in the store. i mentioned to her that i have a weak bladder and cannot hold it. the teller said to me there's a toilet in store and a staff toilet outside but she will ask the manager seeing that its urgent. she called over the floor supervisor but they first did price checks and voids at the till before seeing to my request. at this point i was almost bursting. the supervisor then said to me she has to ask the store manager. she came back 3 minutes later say that the store manager had said "NO" just no, no explanation. she didn't even come out to see who the customer was or what the situation was. the Janitor of the building then let me use the staff toilet at this point. I asked to see the store manager afterward and asked her why she just turned me away. she didn't come to investigate as to what was the situation. she just dismissed it. I could have peed my pants in the store, which would've been very embarrassing. I was also left with a lot of pain from trying to hold it while waiting to use the facilities or lack of. I found her behavior to be rude and unsympathetic to her customers. This is a Small complex but surely they have to cater to their customers needs. There are restaurants and take aways and no toilet.
