Trolley service dented our car

My wifes car was hit by a stray trolley. All was caught on camera. Woolworths contracts a company GP retail operations to manage there trolley service.<br> <br> All have admitted that the fault is there's, i have been assured for the last 3 months and they will be paying out.<br> After much persistance, they then again assured me they have in fact paid out.<br> Needless to say all communication has now stopped and i'm sitting with a dented car. I have tried all angles to resolve this with no luck.
