Treated unfair

I bought clothes at cradle stone Woolworths and when I got home to check the receipt as it was a large transaction I discovered that one t- shirt was charged twice. I went to Woolies westgate to claim my money back and the cashier and her supervisor refused to help me and told me to go back to cradle stone and I was very disappointed by the treatment . Can you please correct this.
