Treated like a *****star or *****

i went to woolworths rosebank today to purchase school uniform but the service was very bad firstly the cashier didn't great me and ask me if im paying with my woolworths acc after she called her supervisor after that the supervisor took my card and she just tell the cashier that she is coming i waited for more than 15 minites without explanation after i received the call to *** and the person just ask me if im in woolworths and which woolworths after the call i wait again for 10 min for the supervisor to come back when she came back she says to me that they have 5% of when you purchase with your card but unfortunately i don't qualify.Please woolworths if the is any problem with my card change it as im not going to allow people to treat me like a ***** or *****star
