treated like a crminal

I went to the woolworths store in kolonade 25 October to return a dress and get a refund and was assisted by S mabena at customer service who was very rude and made jokes with her colleagues about me while looking.The dress I was returning i was rudely asked if i have washed it and was passed from one colleague to the other to smell if it was washed while they were all laughing at me.a refund was given to me and i asked if i should take the plastic bag or should i leave it in the store and she asked what do i want her to do with it.I have never been so embarrassed,belittled in a store like that.i was basically made feel so small and unimportant.I gave customer service manager my complaint in the store in person on the same day and she Promised to handle the matter and call me back but to date i am still waiting.
