Treated like a ******** for using Woolworths trolley

I went to Westgate today around 5 pm I was going to 2 stores,Woolworths and Jet..I first went to Woolworths to get a trolley as I was there with kids and the toddler was tired. Woolworths closes at 6 and Jet at 5 so the plan was to take the trolley rush to jet and then go back to to get a few stuff from Woolworths. As I was walking out the door a rude security guard came to me and told me I can’t take the trolley without buying anything, I explained to her that I am off to another store that’s closing in a few minutes and I’ll be back and then I continued walking. She followed me and caused a scene and treated me as if I stole something from the store. I asked for a manager and a man that was standing by the door told me he was the manager and I should leave that trolley there. I left and went to jet then went back to Woolworths to buy the things I needed I asked to speak to the same manager hoping that he will apologize for belittling me yet he was still rude.what happend to Ubuntu in your stores? I will never shop from that store if that man by the name of Basil is still there. I would also like an apology from him for treating me like a ******** and embarrassing me.
