TRAUMATISED

To whom it may concern.I m very dissapointed with Woolwoths clearwater mall.On friday the 14 August i went to woollworths to have few of my items changed for sizes,on my way out a security guard stoped me as the was a beep one of the item a shirt that i bought from the same shop on the 27 August at the same shop.and there were few other item that i bought on the same day.I tried to explain to the guard that i bought the items there and i think i missed placed the slip or i left th slip in my purse in the car, i asked the security if i can get a phone and call my husband in the car to bring my purse or my debit card or woolworths card he said no .there was a guy standing next to us as he is also a staff from woolworths i asked him if we can go to the car and get the staff in the car and he said no.we waited and the security called someone i think it was a manager in the mean time, i was so traumatised as the was staff and so many people in the shop looking at me as if i stole something in the shop ,after 10-15 minutes the guy arrived and i showed him the items that i just boght and the slip and i expained to him that the other items i was going to change so there are no longer there and the sizes are finished as they were on sale.A very kindy gentleman came to my rescure, so many people looking at me and i was shaking and traumatised thinking i am buying my grocceries at the store every month in doing my shop*** there how can i buy staf worth 500 rands and ***** something which is only a 180..a kind guy said to a manager let me check if we have this item in the store he went and he checked and he confirmed they dont have that stock in the shop.The guy is my hero . im not sure if that is the treatment woolworths is giving their customers i don`t think from the on set the correct procedure was followed, they did not even appologise they just gave me the shirt and left.IM AM SO DISSAPOINTED ,traumatised and Faustrated. Was it because im black i can`t afford to buy staff from woolworths.I DID NOT EXPECT THAT FROM A BIG SHOP LIKE WOOLWORTHS
