Trashy service online

<p>this is the fourth incident I have had with the online shopping service. If you don't have stock don't say it's available online and at least contact the consumer to inform them it's not available. Don't wait for them to call you. Don't promise a delivery date that u cannot meet. Never ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone either. Truely disappointing considering that they are such an established company. Personally, customer service and satisfaction should come before being eco friendly ! </p>
