Please refer to the CCTV footage of your Southdowns store around 16:30 on 25 June and use this in your customer service training. I stood with arms full of groceries and dropped the cheese in front of 7 staff members that were standing and chatting around the pies, and no one felt the need to help me or bring me a basket. They just looked at me like I’m the strangest thing they’ve seen.
