Trading Hours and Attitude

<p>I got to Woolworths Vangate Mall at 6 and discovered that they were closed. There was other customers outside with their trolleys wanting to shop. Vangate Mall trades till 7 and on the window there was no times indicated. Everything was filled in except Wednesday. I knock on the door and the security guard gives me a dirty look and turns away. I continue to knock and she becomes rude to another customer who was complaining. I'm am extremely disgusted with Woolworths as I expected better customer service from them. Even the senior manger was rude and acting out in a abrupt manner when they lady complained and made a valid point. If that's my experience outside Woolworths I don't want to know what my experience will be inside Woolworths. And I'm not keen to find out.</p>
