Totally unfair

I had R13000 credit had some funerals informed willies and paid R10000 then willies writes me a letter telling me that they decided to decrease my credit from 13 thousand to R2700.00 I never said anything then I informed willies I'm not always around town and due to the funerals I had I had late payments but when I do pay I pay three months in advance then willies writes another letter and decreases my credit from R2700 to R1900 why don't you just say you want to close my account and who gave u permission to assess my financial records I never sent you a expenses an income or a bank statement so you just deciding for,me we agreed on 1 R13000 CREDIT you made a decision to revoke it with out consulting me, but when I skip one month you consult with me be honest why r you punishing me
