TOTAL DISGUST
I had the misfortune of dealing with Woolworths online shopping. Over decades I must have spent in excess of R1million at WW. I got sick and can no longer drive. I decided on WW Online shopping and what a grave mistake this was. the whole event was shambolic. I wrote emails and got one putrid reply that I would get my delivery charge refunded. I should not have been charged anyway. anyway i never got this. I wonder whether anyone will bother to attend to this. I doubt it. Eric Delmont **********

18 Sept 2018, 16:25I don't know who Granville de Villiers is but he got a lady called Megan (very pleasant but was the first person to mess me around by not responding) to phone me. Granville said he would call me but never did. I made one error earlier by saying that I had spent over R1million with WW - actually it's probably R5million. Anyway WW are paying me back my R50 del fee but are not refunding the discount due via the use of my WW card. I could not enter the number so a very pleasant WW staff member entered it on my behalf (or said he had). My order was based on discounts via the card. Granville you are a shocking example of public relations. Don't email me to tell me that you would phone me and pass this down to someone below you. I am both shocked and saddened by WW attitude. The reason I could not enter my card number initially is because I had a stroke and only have the use of one hand. I stress I was doing this number BEFORE my order. I am delighted at the power of HelloPeter because I have been inundated with calls who read about my distress and irritation. My misfortune worsens
