Top notch service

I shop om a regular basis at Woolies Harbour Bay store in Simon's Town. I have to congratulate the management and staff of this store. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is an absolute pleasure to shop there. On the odd occasion I shop at Pick 'n Pay in the same centre, it would seem that some of Woolies training has rubbed off on their staff. I was pleasantly surprised when asking a shelf packer where an item was, in that he stopped what he was doing and went to show me where it was located. This has never happened before!
