Took my money no delivery

So I have been refraining from writing this review because this is woolworths but I'm disappointed. Firstly i have a delivery that i bought on before valentines day as a gift for someone. Woolworths didn't deliver on time then we scheduled the delivery for the next day a Saturday. Still no delivery. Now it's a week later and I see my delivery was delivered to someone else. ? I am not sure how this just happens and no follow up since they failed to deliver
