Too Cheap to refund injured shoppers medical cost

<p> I injured myself in a Woolworths food store, hurting my knee badly. I had pain on the knee for almost a month. I then went and saw a doctor and then followed by a specialist. I subsequently had to have a small procedure done on my knee to have the injury repaired. Now Woolworths's insurance company only wants to refund 50% of my medical cost, their reason is that I dont stand a chance in court. So their offer is a gesture of goodwill. Disgusted by being treated this way. </p>
