To update my account with Trans union Credit Bureau

<p>I have account with Woolworth for about 3 years now, a month ago I contacted trans union to get my credit score but it happens that my Woolworth account was not reflecting on my ITC profile and I was told to contact Woolworth to ratify it by sending them the update of my account; since then nothing have been done about it, I have gone to the stores and called severally but they are not helping the matter, they only send me from pillar to post. Please do help me as its affecting credit profile.</p>
