To update my account with Trans union Credit Bureau

<p>I have a contract with Telkom for the past 3 years, about a month ago I contacted trans union to get my credit score but it happens that my telkom account is not reflecting on my ITC profile and I was told to contact Telkom to ratify it; since then nothing have been done about it, I have gone to the stores and called severally but they are not helping the matter, they only send me from pillar to post. Please do help me as its affecting credit profile.</p>
