To shrink or not to shrink...

<p>Woolworths Retail is supposedly one of the best retail shops in the country. In the past I have been very impressed with the quality of their clothing. BUT when I wash a dress EXACTLY as the instructions state and it STILL shrinks so much that I couldn't wear it in public without being reported for public indecency, I must admit I'm a little disappointed.</p> <p>This is absolutely shocking because this dress cost me R600 (which in my opinion is not exactly a pittance).</p>
