Tired of no stock and bad service at Newlands

The day before yesterday, I went shopping at the Newlands branch of Woolworths. It's the closest shop from my house otherwise I would have shopped somewhere else. There is always a stock problem. I can never find organic milk, pita bread or plain yoghurt - to name a few things. Woolworths is currently running a special on soft drinks, buy two six packs and receive R20 off. Now in my mind, if you run a special, you order extra stock. Not Woolworths Newlands. They have no stock and no explanation as to why they are out of stock (And would only be receiving in 3 days). I told the assistant it's fine, I will just send a complaint to Woolworths Head Office. I walked away and while standing in line, she came back and asked if loose cans will be fine. Her attitude did not impress me though. The only reason she asked is because I threatened to complain at head office. I've had so many problems at this Woolworths that I've decided to proceed with the complaint anyway. I am tired of only receiving service after complaining....especially from Woolworths, which is usually my favourite store and from whom I expect more.
