Time slot booked but no delivery

I placed an order to be delivered today between 2pm - 5pm. Still did not received my order and I paid R50 for this time slot. It will be nice to receive at least some sort of communication to let you know that your order will be late or that you won't receive it in the time slot that you booked. Especially if you pay R50 for delivery. Order o***
