Time and Petrol Wasted

I had called Country Road IN waterfront, to do a set aside of a green bag. Spoke to a guy named Caiphus, who assured me, he did the set aside of the bag as well as slides(sandals). UPON, arriving in store, an assistant brought a wrong sandal, without the bag. He then went to investigate and came bag saying, the bag was a set aside 4 another customer. Needless to say, that i drove all the way to the VnA Waterfront from Guguletu, N got nothing from what I was supposed to purchase that day. Ooh one of the assistants, then said I should go to Woolies Store to get the bag and the Woolies store had already closed at 8h05. So what was strange was the fact that, she couldn't sell the bag to me. And then the following day, maybe she could go get the bag, as it was on set aside till the 31st
