Time and money wasted

I was called by Woolies for a credit card.. I was asked to update me details. I send an e-mail with all my information . I received a message to collect my card at Woolies in Cresta mall. I arrived at woolies Cresta at 10: 45 and only left the store at 12 and still never received my card. I send my updated details on the 29/06/2019 went to woolies on the 05/07/2019 to collect my card and my details is still not updated. Worst of all I need to pay to for a new card and collect it… Time and money wasted
