Tim roof ice cream disappointment

Kindly assist, three days ago my partner and I bought the two Tin roof ice creams, only to realise that they don't have nuts, we have dug half way through the second one and it is the same, no nuts. We do not the have the receipt but we used a bank card for the purchase. Please note, we have not finished second one because the lack of nuts takes away the Joy of digging. Kindly assist.
