Thorn wallet and could not get a replacement

I bought a wallet at Woolworths Blue Valley around February/March now it is torn and looks like I bought I 5 years ago. I went to them with the wallet and they refused to replace it because I didn't have the slip. I am appalled by this because the wallet has their tag but they refuse to take their product back. I normally throw my slips away three months after I buy something. I trusted Woolworths and I would never recommend anyone to by their bags or wallets because they have cheap products that have no guarantee.<br> I am extremely disappointed!!! I told them to keep it and left.
