This staff member is EXCEPTIONAL!

What a lovely experience at the Woolworths in Canal Walk Shopping Mall, Cape Town.

I forgot the lady's name, that assisted me in the beauty section, to buy perfume.

I even went back to get her name but forgot again... She's an older lady, ethnicity could be Indian, I'm not entirely sure. She wears blue contact lenses, that I won't forget.

She is a beautiful soul that knows what she is doing and was very helpful.

I myself was in sales, but the way she operates comes with a feeling of wisdom and experience.

Please thank her! Take care of staff like this...
