This is what customer service is all about

Mirriam is an example to all staff in customer service of how clients should be treated, she was efficient, polite and gave me cash for my spend on my debit card without a fight (which is actually 100% correct). She was fast, she understood what I needed and manged to rectify an unpleasant situation in minutes. Thank you Mirriam for being an outstanding Woolies staff member!
