This Is Real Customer Service

When looking for my sons school shoes - only Walkmates work - all was sold out in the branch I visited. Waiting for more than 1/2 hour they said they phoned all branches and none had in Western Cape. When I phoned the general customer service they said according to their system the Canel Walk still had left. When phoning them they had nothing on the shelves - and I insisted... Siboniso promised to check all stock and call me back. He did so within a couple of hours and had found one pair and promised to try and send it off despite having a stock taking coming up. He phoned the next day and let me know that the shoes were on their way. They reached my branch and my son now have \happy feet"for the coming school year.
