I placed an order on the 29 August 2021 on the WooliesDash app. They accepted my order with the address that I put in and took my money immediately after saying it was delivered. I never received and logged a call and help desk replies saying they don’t deliver to my area! So why take the order in the first place. They then proceed to say the money will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It’s been 8 business days and still no refund! After numerous follow ups! This is *****ing! You take MY MONEY for YOUR ERROR and still don’t pay the money back! I need to buy my groceries for my small kids! Almost R2000 tied up in your admin error! Fix this error immediately and pay back my money now or I will open a case of theft!
