They won't exchange a small item I bought on 18/10/17.

Worst experience of my life after spending R2482.44 cash on 18/10/17.One of the items was a pair of jeans for my 12 year old daughter who was not around when l did my shopping .The jean was too small and today (25/10/17) I decided to go to Circus triangle Mthatha to exchange it for another item.I had the receipt with me an the jeans were in their original state.The lady by the name of Nomfundo refused to exchange it for me claiming that it's no longer in a saleable condition because of some feint mark inside that could have been caused by someone's feet that were not 100% clean when they fitted the jeans and those weren't my daughters.Nomfundo blamed me for buying those jeans in such a manner and said there's nothing she can do about it.I told her that there are usually items with lipsticks and makeup in the store so those jeans were one of those.She wouldn't hear a word l said.How absurd is that?What on earth should l do with that small item?She didn't even care when l showed her the total amount of money l had spent on them on that day.ls that how customers are treated now?I really need your intervention.l'm really ****ed.
