They turned a bad situation into a GOOD one!

On the 5th of May I spoke to Fundiswa in financial services about a shoe I was interested in but they did not have my size. She told me it was available in one of their branches (Brooklyn) and that she was going to order within that week. Fundiswa told me to come before Friday and that the shoe will be there. I happened to go on a Thursday instead, only to find that the shoe was never ordered. To my annoyance I requested to speak to a manager as Fundiswa was not on duty on the day. Elsie(consultant) went and called Nokuthula who is a manager in the financial division. She also checked on the system and confirmed that the shoe is in Brooklyn. She went as far as calling the branch...what got to me was the fact that she went and bought in Brooklyn and brought it to Easgate. Elsie called me the following day to let me know that they got shoe. I collected it and am super happy. I didn't get the chance to formally thank them as they were not on duty when I got there to collect the shoe, but they are truly ROCK STAR!!!
