They refused to give me cash

I've bought a top(31/12/201)...used my debit card..unfortunate top is too small... Swing ticket attached with proof of payment... But one of the supervisors refused to give me my cash... She was very unhelpful with attitude.. Very bad customer service.... I'm so disappointed.
