They need training

I have never and I mean never experienced such ******* service from a retail before never once did I ever expect someone to show lack of respect and lack of humanity. The lady at the bakery was so disrespectful munched her words we can’t hear her response I asked her 3 times if she could repeat herself the manner of approach was beyond disgusting we have never been so undermined like that even when my sister walked away without getting what she wanted cause she could not stand the attitude so disgusting that a brand and let their clients be treated this way by their very own brand ambassadors Woolworths mall of the south is a disgrace to say the least
