They finally paid me back

After complaining or writing a review about being over charged for my online order, I received a call from a gentleman whom I forgot his name. He was very polite and apologized on behalf of Woolworths and promised to send me a complimentary voucher from the store. After a few days I got the voucher. Thank you for giving me my money back and I want to give thanks to the gentleman who gave me a call. A very respectful gentle brother who represented Woolworths very well.
