They don't wanna finish my approval!!!!

I have been approved for R2600 and told them I am self employed...my statement date at fnb is the 7th, so I sent my statement and it can't show the 1st... now they don't wanna help... I need my approval to be finished cos I love this company but they taking me from pillar to post...this is pathetic...ID number ***
