They don't phone you.

The staff at Woolworth -Phalaborwa is very friendly and keen to help you if when you want to order items they don't have. This is where it stops..... I have placed number of time an order ( the same order) and ask them to phone me when the order arrives. But until now I have never received a phone call from them. The item I order did come, the locals buying from them told me that they saw the items in store and by the time I want to buy it, its all sold out... It is frustrating...
