So, suddenly my wife received an sms about a delivery is on its way. She didn't even order anything. Someone used her account details, to order R4700 worth of clothes or food. Woolworths don't ask for an OTP or anything. You can just change a persons details via a phone call and then use their account. They can't even give us the delivery address. How pathetic! So this must have been done by someone on the inside, as my wife hasn't used her online account for more than 4 years. Woolworths will have to refund plus the interest and the catch their own *****!
