Theft Woolworths Clearwater mall

Woolworths Clearwater , They seem to have a syndicate potentially internal doing petty crime in the store, my daughter phone was ****** and one lady said it was a daily occurrence , enter the professional who has clearly Been trained and well versed (probably do to the number of times she has to deal with it ). , I requested to see footage which they said we could not enter that area but she would put the footage on a disc , already with an excuse if they have rotating cameras so they can’t see everything all the time. The lady came a across as very helpful and willing to help , but how it played out I had predicted from the onset , no problem sir , very sorry sir , will do my best sir, will call you as soon as we have it sir. After several calls being ignored to take the time to just over what they require legally to keep any footage , I finally get through and I’m told , so sorry sir we had the disc with the footage which I’m told did not reveal anything naturally, I cut it on the day your daughter was here . Which already sounded alarm bells for me because I only requested it a few days afterwards, but sadly the disc has now gone missing and due to the time lapse the cottage has been over written. Well played Woolworths , I believe you have a serious problem and are not willing to admit it publicaly. I will never shop there again and will make my voice heard far and wide on all the platforms available to me
