Theft from Woolworths online

Absolutely pathetic service from Woolworths Online. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 11 June and they never arrived. I had to phone them to find out what had happened and they said the shoes had sold out. I was then told I would get a refund and 2 months later I am still waiting. After many call and hours on the phone of false promises I have given up.
