The worst service ever!

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my mom on her birthday, her birthday was on the 30 if november 2017. I fully paid online. But nothing was delivered. No phone call to say sorry, no feedback ! No nothing. I called multi times.. no1 knows anything, no one has answers. Til now nothing is delivered. No1 is calling me... I have made an empty promise to my mom.
