The worst Online Shop ever!

Not even worth 1 star! Placed an online order, received the wrong item: wrong in size, color & item overall.

Nobody at the online shop gets back to you after various emails, struggle to get through to their online store customer service centre. After various discussions, I will now have to wait for them to correct their mistake. I can not exchange instore, I can not refund instore. Nobody tries to help or understand!

The worst online service and customer service ever.
