the worst customer service ever

the most discustig service - i have been trying tor esolve a problem for 9 months, i was handed over for an acc and after paying my acc off more than double the handed over amt, no one can assist me in where my money went to, you email teh customer sercie, they reply after days with one question then no response, you call and hold on forever and then cut off, i am being hounded by attorneys and no one can help me, the worst customer and to think this is WOOLWORTHS
