The worst customer service at Woolworths Table Bay Malll

Woolworths’ customer service has been deteriorating while their prices have been increasing at an alarming rate, trying to make up for poor performance of their apparel business.

The Table Bay Mall store is one of the worst stores when in comes customer service. Their management even cover up and lie when their bad customer service is challenged.

I’ve decided to stop doing major shopping at any Woolworths. I will only use them for convenient shopping with very few items in a month.
