The worst

Worst experience ever. I purchase an item online and I was double debited. I called in twice asking for a simple letter that I need to send to Capitec Bank, but your agents are just unwilling to help. I thought purchasing items with you guys online wasn't a problem but to my surprise it's the worst. I cannot be made a fool and be busy calling you guys thousand times at my expensive, Please sort this mess asap. Just please get someone who is competent for such an incident, because clearly the agents that assisted me have no idea what they doing
