The Woolworths Quality Promise

So, today I went out to buy yoghurt for my two year old grandson. In my haste, I picked out a six pack with one yoghurt open a little bit on the side. Maybe a customer dropped it and sneaked it back into the fridge! As I got to the till, the lady brought it to my attention. She waited patiently whilst I went to replace the she had thoughtfully kept aside. The friendliness and courteous manner of the ladies and gents at the Woolies Eastgate Tills is a joy to behold. Thank you for saving me time, petrol and the returns queue. I was smiling broadly behind the mask (◔‿◔)
