The struggle of applying for a store card

I’m extremely disappointed I’m applying for more then 5years for a woolworths store card and I cannot get the proper service that I get from opening a focini account!!!i never got no feedback all I see on the internet it’s being process I phone woolworths head office they told me to go to the store with my bank statements and stuff yet they never wanted that only for me to fill in a for witch I never got a reply from I always tawt woolworths is about ther customers but clearly not ??
